CSI File #18

Alicia put me onto this great challenge at CSI (Color, Stories, Inspiration), and I have really enjoyed it.  You get a colour palette and some other instructions to follow (including journaling) for the creation of your layout.  It is definately a challenge, but you know how much I love a good challenge.
