Weekly Scrapbook Challenge #12/2013 @ Scrapbook Fantasies

I created this layout about one of the birds my brother feeds in his garden, and how drenched he was in the rain over this past summer.  The Challenge this week at Scrapbook Fantasies is to create a layout about "Water", and that is what I have tried to do with this layout.
