This weeks challenge at the Scrapbook Fantasies Blog is to create a layout about a Pet or Animal. I created my layout about Noah and his Budgie, Blu-belle. Sadly Blu-belle passed away recently, leaving a big gap in all of our lives.

AFSC - June Prompt Challenge
Hello everyone, I am here with you today to share my layout created using the June Prompt Challenge at Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge (AFSC).
The Prompt is:
What is your favourite pastime on your computer? Pinterest? Facebook? Recipes? Poker? Make a layout of art journalling page about it.
The Prompt is:
What is your favourite pastime on your computer? Pinterest? Facebook? Recipes? Poker? Make a layout of art journalling page about it.
As I don't have a computer I created my layout about the obsession my Grand-children have with theirs.

Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge - Theme Challenge - May 2014
I created this layout using two of the only baby photographs I have of myself for the May Prompt Challenge at Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge. As you know I am honoured to be on this wonderfully supportive Design Team where I get to create with Sketches and Prompts twice a month.

My daughter found this fabulous Inpiration Board Challenge at the Scrapbook Creations Blog. I just happened to have the perfect photograph that matched the Inspiration Board, and I enjoy a good sketch challenge.

Prima Build-a-Page - March 2014
As you all know I love Prima products and challenges, although this month I was a bit stumped by this Project Life style Build-a-Page sketch. I kept at it and I am very happy with how my layout finished up.
And this is the Build-a-Page sketch for this month:

123 Challenge - March 2014
I created this layout using the prompts at the 123 Challenge Blog this month. I have used a postcard my niece sent me on her recent trip to Europe, and journalled about Dreams.
And this is the inspiration for my layout:

Once Upon A Sketch - March 2014
I love to create with the Once Upon A Sketch challenge each month, and this month was not an exception. I have used a photograph of the very beautiful and much loved, Eliza Jane. She was recently in Gladstone visiting us with her Mummy, Lou. I miss them dearly when they are gone.
And this is the sketch and challenge:

Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge - Prompt Challenge - March 2014
I am happy to announce that I am part of the Design Team at the recently re-opened Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge site. I have admired the work of Anne and her team for quite some time, and it is an honour to be included on her new team. In 2012 when I was going through a rough time medically (Big C) I was a Guest Designer for Anne and it was a pleasure then too.
Anyway enough waffle now onto my layout for the March Prompt Challenge, which is to:
Scrap or art journal about a favourite song in from your teens. You can scrap some of the lyrics, or the title, or a photo of the band …
And this is the layout that I created about the fabulous Marty Robbins and his song "A White Sports Coat":
As you can tell I didn't have any photographs of Marty or myself at the time, so I just went with it and created elements that meant something to me from that era.
