I created this layout using the August Prima Build-a-Page Sketch, and a much simpler style than I am usually known for.  I have used one of the only School photographs that I have.

Prima Product Pick - August 2013

I have created this layout using the colours from the August Prima Product Pick.  I have used some photographs that Katrina took of their backyard visitors.

Creative Shoes

I created these two Embellished Shoes at the recent Scrapbook Fantasies Retreat.  They have since been in the window display at the store, and I have had many requests to put pictures of them up here on my blog.  They weren't particularly hard to create, however they did take a lot of time and as usual I made a lot of mess doing so.  I had a wonderful time and you may notice that they are both left shoes, as I am of course left handed.

Scrapbook Fantasies - Weekly Challenge #35/2013

Weekly Challenge #35/2013 at the Scrapbook Fantasies Blog is to create a layout using tags.  I have created another layout using the my scraps leftover from the layouts I created for Scrapbook Fantasies using the Kaiser Take Note range.

 

 

This layout is about the reversal of the traditional roles that goes on in my daughters household.  I am very proud of how she has taught all of her children to live independently and to not shy away from a little hard work.  Her children all pitch-in to keep their household moving along at a flying pace.  The roles are really reversed in these photographs if you consider that at 73 years of age these moments wouldn't have existed in my childhood days.

This layout is my interpretation of Weekly Challenge #34/2013 over at the Scrapbook Fantasies Blog.  The challenge is to use Circles in an interesting way, and I thought what was more interesting that a circular page, circular photographs, circular embellishments, journaling in circles and title letters in circles.
